Saturday Snapshots #266

Frangipani after the rain, Singapore – September 2013

Two things that Singapore has in abundance are rain and frangipanis – my favourite flowering trees in all the world. This photo represents the perfect combination of the two.

You are so lucky, Krista! I dream one day of once again living in a country where they grow easily… also bougainvillea.

We had one in our garden too (although it was the yellow one) – I think EVERYBODY has one in PE! The climate obviously suits them. I always think about driving down Mount Road and seeing a frangipani in almost every garden on the way down the hill :)
