It was actually wine – and they also play classical music in the barrel cellar because they feel it “calms the wine down” ;o)

Nothing gets the wine lovers heart racing like a cellar full of wine barrels… actually that’s not quite true… open wine bottles might just beat it!

I’d vote for the open bottles… But even sealed barrels beat stainless steel tanks any day!
