“Jeanne and I have been to the South of France, drank beer in Munich and eaten Kleftiko together in Corfu – but we are yet to meet. Her features transport our readers and myself on her cullinary journeys through her words and pictures. There are not many people that I would give carte blanche to hand us a complete, packaged feature and know that it will be on time, inspiring and a joy to read!” – Matthew Ibbotson, editor Crush! magazine

EDITING, PROOFREADING and TRANSLATION
While working as a lecturer I proofread a number of academic dissertations and articles, in various fields including law and psychology. I edited the first draft of a novella for a friend, and more recently I have been deeply involved in both the editing and proofreading of The Blogger Aid Cook Book, a charity cookbook comprising over 140 recipes. I have an excellent eye for detail and am skilled at editing without losing the voice of the writer. I have extensive experience at Afrikaans to English and English to Afrikaans translations and I am happy to provide references. Please e-mail me if you want to discuss your requirements or my fee arrangements.
