Someone to watch over me – Cape St Francis, South Africa, April 2009

The smell of suntan lotion.  The feeling of sand between your toes.  The sun on your back.  The sea breeze in your hair.  The sound of the Indian Ocean.  And the sight of your man going off to catch some waves.  La vita e bella.

Just got back from that part of the world! A holiday in a little piece of heaven! I like the depth shown in this shot aswell as the colour contrast between the horizon and the beach.

I took a huge breath of relaxation as I looked at this picture. There’s nothing that relaxes me more than the sound of the waves, the smell of salt in the air, and the warmth of the sun.

Great shot! Blue blue sea and grainy white sand linked by footprints… I covet your lens!!! .. and of course your eye for a perfect shot!
