Yes, I know it’s hard to believe, but I’m off on holiday AGAIN!!
This time I’m heading home to South Africa for Christmas for 3 glorious weeks! I will be spending a week at the Beacon Island hotel in my favourite place in all the world, Plettenberg Bay, then time in my hometown Port Elizabeth and then a few days in Cape Town before heading back to my hometown for Christmas.
I will only have internet access again after the 11th, so please don’t give up on my blog – I will be back after the 11th with stories of my culinary adventures!

Loved the roundup…;-) I guess now we have a responsibility to our egging public next month, so best I start thinking of a novel dish. Pity I didn’t think to bring back an ostrich egg from South Africa!
